By accessing and using Dentist On Call services and website (dentistoncall.in), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Dentist On Call provides emergency and routine dental care services through a network of licensed dental professionals across India. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Emergency dental care (24/7)
  • Routine dental examinations
  • Dental treatments and procedures
  • Home visit dental services
  • Dental consultations

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your personal information up to date
  • Attend scheduled appointments or provide 24-hour notice for cancellations
  • Pay for services rendered according to our pricing
  • Follow treatment recommendations provided by dental professionals
  • Respect our staff and dental professionals

4. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled by phone or through our website. We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking
  • EMI options are available for treatments over ₹15,000
  • Insurance claims must be submitted by the patient; we provide necessary documentation

6. Medical Information and Consent

By using our services, you consent to:

  • Dental examination and treatment as recommended by our dental professionals
  • Collection and use of your medical and dental history
  • Sharing of your information with treating dentists in our network
  • Emergency treatment if you are unable to give consent during an emergency

7. Limitation of Liability

Dentist On Call acts as a facilitator connecting patients with licensed dental professionals. While we carefully vet all dentists in our network, the dental professional providing your care is an independent practitioner responsible for their own actions and decisions.

We are not liable for:

  • Treatment outcomes
  • Complications arising from dental procedures
  • Errors or omissions by individual dental professionals
  • Delays in service due to circumstances beyond our control

8. Emergency Services

Our 24/7 emergency service is intended for dental emergencies. We strive to provide prompt service but cannot guarantee specific response times. In life-threatening situations, please call emergency services (112) immediately.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Dentist On Call website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Dentist On Call and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
